Pamoja Upendo means "together in love" in Swahili. Pamoja was created to help families and the people who care for their loved ones stay connected, organized and supported.
Our mission
Everyone who loves this person, on the same page
Pamoja started with one family's experience of caring for someone they love: the appointments, the paperwork, the calls and the worry, spread across too many people and too many places. It was built so other families would not have to hold it all together on their own.
Today Pamoja serves families directly and works with the organizations that care for them, from home care agencies and senior living communities to dementia care programs and universities.
